The utility model relates to a vertical five-axis numerically controlled machine tools and finds application in the field of the metal industry. The machine consists of a cast iron stable base (1) on which there are mounted by means of bolts a four-way union (2) on the X axis and a four-way union (3) on the Y axis. By means of a pair of precision roller guides (15), on the four-way union (2) is fixed the carriage (4) along axis X. On the four-way union (3) by means of bolts is fixed the carriage (4) on the Y axis. At the rear section of this carriage is mounted a mechanical pusher (17) which serves to adjust the perpendicularity of the Y axis to the X axis. On the carriage (16) along the Y axis by a pair of precision roller guides (18) is mounted a column (6) along the Z axis. On the column (6) is mounted a lantern (27) carrying a connecting motor (14) for motion along the Z axis. At the front of the column (6) by means of a pair of precision roller guides (19) is fixed a spindle box (7) in which is integrated a motor spindle (9) in which is inserted a tool (26). In the spindle box (7) is mounted a cooling system through the tool (26). On the carriage (16) is mounted a vertical support (13). On the base (1), in the work area is mounted a tilting rotary table (11) as well as between it and the vertical support (13) there is a swing (5) carrying a rotary table (12) which performs a rotary motion about an axis and on which is placed the workpiece for processing. On the carriage (16) along the Y axis is located vertically a tool magazine (8) housed in a cabin (22) equipped with a door (23). The tool magazine (8) is of a drum type and is equipped with a pick-and-place arm (25) for changing the tool (26). In the magazine (8) there are formed tool sockets as well as their number is 24, 30, 40, 60, 90 or 120. 2 claims, 5 figures
