The isocumarinas are substances that have a wide applicability in the field of medicinal, this demand refers to several studies based on its biological activity.Because the main structure works as a precursor for various products of commercial interest.However, the isocumarinas are substances of natural origin, derived from fungi and plants, which makes impracticable the extraction on a larger scale, in view of the low quantity available.One of the innovations and advantages of this process is the use of heterogeneous catalysis using Pd supported on carbon.This facilitates the removal of the catalyst at the end of the process, and their subsequent reuse. This process uses PD compozil immobilized in chemically reduced graphene oxide.As a result, is obtained, a catalytic performance considered great, with income between 78% and 84%.Justified by better uniformity of the distribution of NPs in comparison with the catalysts usually used.
