Novelty: a hybrid thermal boiler furnished with electrothermal diaphragm and bi-thermal heating cobbler practicable for solar-electric geysers is disclosed. Constitution: a thermal boiler composed of two parts (1, 2) separated by the bi-metal insulation means 4; in days of non-solar heating, the part 2 is able to preheat with its external metal surface by 30-35 deg. The part 1 has 15-20% the volume of the thermal boiler 13; the jacket 9 (heat exchanger) of the thermal boiler conveys the heat to the section 1 and 2 by sucking water from the water input 17 of the above jacket 16, which water will finally exit from the water output 8 at a temperature ranging from 50 to 60 deg. Celcius. For energy saving, only the water quantity required is heated up. Embodiment: the thermal diaphragm 2 can be autonomously placed in any thermal boiler, electric boiler and heat pump for low power consumption (75% energy saving) while reducing the electrolysis effect.
