Novelty: a mechanochemical technology aiming at fighting the atmospheric pollution is disclosed. Technical features: pollution is prevented by the chimney 1 and its top 2 having the smoke collection cap, the tube 3 slightly inclined towards the tank 10 and the spaying nozzles (4,5,6)placed inside the above tube; after spraying, the pollutants-smokes are propelled to the axial fans at the points (7,8,9) and therefrom to the tank 10 which is connected to the gas cistern 11 where the gases will be checked whether they are harmful or not to human health. The waste of the cistern 10 along with the building materials (cement, sand ,gravels and any other material required) will be kneaded, molded and baked for becoming excellent building materials (cement bricks). Purpose: to prevent any pollution and especially pollution caused to the aqueous horizon by the waste released from the cistern 10.
