摘要

This invention discloses a highly conducting polyethylene dioxythiophene (PEDOT) coated on CNT framework (buckypaper) paper with a very low sheet resistance and charge transfer resistance and the use of the conducting paper for the preparation of thin and flexible solid state super-capacitor. The invention further disclosesthe synthesis of a thin and flexible solidstate supercapacitor by using a hybrid electrode derived from buckypaper (BP) and polyethylenedioxythiphene (PEDOT) by inducing interfacial polymerization at the interface of two immiscible liquids.
