The present invention relates to a method for establishing the pattern followed by the changes that have taken place in the socio- economic, health and disease status of the population over a period of time, thus creating the roadmap of socio-economic, health and disease status of the population in a region. More particularly, it relates to a method to establish groups of individuals that have shown similar changes in their socio-economic, health and disease status, wherein the similarities and differences among the groups are the inherent influencing factors and to establish the average health status of all age groups, genders, phenotypes and initial states. The system establishes the age, gender, phenotype and initial state distribution of a disease thus defining the inherent predilection and susceptibility of a group to certain diseases. It establishes the age at which the early sign of the disease appears and the natural progression of the condition.
