A devise, system and method to store and treat large quantities of garbage where garbage is stored 1n multistory high rise structure formed of restricting pillars, surrounded by gas isolation covers layer, odor absorption layer, with garbage being transported on conveyor belts placed 1n existing drainage sewers to take the garbage out of the city , the structure enables unique protection from earthquake to adjacent building when connected due to the mass which stands on gravity which always acts downwards compressing the mass .
