The present invention relates to a system for the transformation industry, focusing on industrial processes monitoring for the measurement in the efficiency of machining, the processes themselves, or for logistics in inventories or control systems as a safety aid. Said system provides said purposes by the configuration of data acquisition modules, thus allowing adapting it to the application itself, as well as providing automatic indicator calculation mechanics. Also, it allows the availability of the information locally (via screens for the operators), and remotely with the generation of reports sent via the Internet. Furthermore, it possesses the focus feature on a low information traffic, in its internal network by the Special Synthetic Coding (SEC) or Tablature, thereby allowing increasing the transfer reliability of these values and avoiding the risk of data loss. The system, in turn, is dynamic, thus allowing the manager finding a problem or situation by scaling the warning auto matically.
