The purpose of the notification is to obtain nanocellulose from fruit waste, which is characterised by fruit waste being apple waste, from which residues of cellular juice and straight sugars and pectin are removed in the first stage by combining it with water at a temperature from 80 to 100oC and mixing it over time from One to three hours at a temperature not exceeding 85oC and the sediment obtained is then subjected to a second stage in which hemicellulose is removed by mixing in an alkaline solution of a concentration not exceeding 1 M for a period of two hours at a temperature not exceeding 80,C,and the resulting sediment is subjected to the third stage of bleaching by rinsing with hot water in a sodium hypochlorite solution of a concentration of 1 to 3% by weight and at a temperature of 70 to 95%C for a maximum of three hours, after which the resulting sediment is rinsed with water to reach pH close to 7, and the resulting cellulose solution is ultrasonically homogenised. The temperature of the solution during ultrasonic homogenisation is maintained from 13 to 16oC. The nanocellulose membranes produced from nanocellulose obtained by the above method and the way nanocellulose membranes are produced are also the subject of the notification.
