The invention relates to a new oily composition based on lipophilic extracts of torch ginger and water hyacinth, to cosmetic compositions comprising such an oily composition, to a method for the non-therapeutic cosmetic treatment of the skin, which implements such a cosmetic composition, and to the non-therapeutic use of a topically applied cosmetic composition comprising said oily composition, for improving the radiance of the skin.
