摘要

The invention relates to an analytical method for determining 21 halogenated compounds in ultra-traces, as by-products resulting from potable water disinfection processes. According to the invention, the method consists in applying the concept of statistical design of experiments based on a fractionated factorial model which highlight the following factors: salt amount, incubation and desorption time, incubation and desorption temperature, which influence the method of solid-phase microextraction coupled with headspace extraction (HS-SPME), followed by separation, identification, detection and quantization of analytes which are simultaneously performed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, while monitoring the selected ions (SIM).
