A process in preparing Bottled Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares) with Pilinut and Coconut Sauce is newly develop product from Yellowfm Tuna (Thunnus albacares) and a ready to eat product and commercially sterile. The pilinut which is grounded and the coconut sauce which is a 4 cups of coco milk, 'l'2 tsp ground garlic; 1 tsp ground ginger; ? tsp ground black pepper; ? tsp lemon juice and one (1) stalk lemon grass cook for 30 minutes to improves the palatability and the quality of bottled Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares).
