A workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the like, includes a worktop (10) where the base of the product to be filled is placed. The worktop revolves around a vertical axis (K) and is capable of rotating around a horizontal axis (X), so that, when the workbench (100) is not in operation, the worktop (10) can be titled from a horizontal position to a substantially vertical position. The workbench (100) can be disassembled completely, with the subdivision into the various constituent groups which include, respectively, a worktop (10), a supporting frame (20), a shelf-carrying arm (30), and an electromechanical assembly (40), the groups being easily and rapidly reassembled.
