The water saving system in the hot water installations of the buildings consists in applying a complementary heating system to the hot water pipes of the buildings consisting of: a) An external electric heater that is placed around the hot water arrival duct in an area close to the related tap, b) A bypass through a small conduit between the thermos and the different faucets or water outlets and a pump driven by an electric motor, during a period of time controlled by a time delay circuit oc ) A flexible Teflon conduit placed inside the existing or current hot water pipes, joining the external end that carries the recirculation pump, to the water inlet pipe of the thermos. The external electric heater is supplied with a low voltage current through a transformer.
