The disclosure discloses a system, a method and an apparatus for transmittingelectrical quantity data based on Beidou satellite communication. In theapparatus,an Ethernet interface is configured to acquire a power information datamessage or apower information data reporting command message, a message conversionprocessor is connected with the Ethernet interface and is configured toconvert thepower information data message into one or more first Beidou short messages orconvert one or more second Beidou short messages into the power informationdatareporting command message, and a serial interface is connected with themessageconversion processor and is configured to send one or more first Beidou shortmessages to a Beidou satellite communication apparatus or receive one or moresecond Beidou short messages from the Beidou satellite communicationapparatus.According to the technical solution provided by the disclosure, residentialpowerinformation data can be reported to a central master station systemautomatically bya field meter reading concentrator, so that lots of manpower, material andfinancialresources are saved.
