摘要

The invention relates to medicine and veterinary science, and describes methods of producing optimized osteoplastic materials, characterized by a highly accurate dose of nucleic acids, more effective release dynamics of gene constructs from the structure of a carrier matrix, and an increased level of transfection of cells of the recipient bed by a biologically active substance. The first method relates to gene constructs, and enables same to be divided into two fractions which more effectively stimulate a repair process. The second method relates to functionalization of carrier matrices by complexing agents. Furthermore, a method is disclosed for producing sterile medical products from optimized gene-activated materials.
