Provided are a distribution-line phase-management support method and distribution-line phase-management support system capable of detecting and managing the phases of various positions on a three-phase high-voltage distribution line at any time. A prescribed pulse current is applied to one phase of a three-phase distribution line 2, the currents of each line composing the three-phase distribution line 2 are monitored at a plurality of locations on the three-phase distribution line 2, and at each of the plurality of locations, the phase of the line, from among the lines, in which the pulse current has been detected is specified.
