Provided is a portable intrinsically-safe vibration signal collection device, comprising a vibration signal collection unit (1), a signal processing unit, a signal storage unit (5), and an intrinsically-safe power source (6). The vibration signal collection unit (1) is connected to the signal storage unit (5) through the signal processing unit. The power source (6) supplies power for each of the aforementioned units. The entirety of the signal processing unit and the signal storage unit (5) use intrinsically-safe packaging. The device addresses an issue of vibration signal collection of a large, portable electromechanical device, guaranteeing device operational status monitoring and effective data provision for failure analysis. The device is specifically designed for intrinsic safety to satisfy a mobile device test requirement under a complex and harsh environment of a coal mine well. The device features easy installation, low power consumption, convenient controls, flexible usage, and a wide range of applications.
