PRODUCTION METHOD FOR PREPARING COATING LIQUID WITH SUPERAMPHIPHOBIC SURFACE, FABRIC HAVING SUPERAMPHIPHOBIC SURFACE, AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL FABRIC

The present invention provides a production method for preparing a coating liquid with a superamphiphobic surface, a fabric having a superamphiphobic surface, and a multifunctional fabric. The production method comprises uniformly mixing a fluorosilane solution with a solution of perfluorononanoic acid, subsequently adding deionized water and uniformly mixing at room temperature, and lastly adding a nanoparticle solution and evenly dispersing. The fabric having a superamphiphobic surface is prepared via the following method: preparing a coating liquid via the aforesaid production method, immersing a fabric in the coating liquid for a period of time and then taking the same out, and drying. The multifunctional fabric is prepared via the following method: preparing a coating liquid via the aforesaid production method, and spraying the coating liquid onto a surface of a fabric via an electrostatic spraying process. The method of the present invention has simple steps and mild reaction conditions. The mechanical properties of the resulting superamphiphobic surface are stable. After repeated abrasion or washing, the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity thereof remain excellent.
