Through the present invention, the precision of measuring an amount of pushing into a part of a human body is enhanced. During execution of a push-in operation in which a part (1) of a measurer pushes into a part (2) of a subject, an acquiring unit (11) acquires a detection result from an acceleration sensor (1a) mounted to the part (1) and a detection result from a pressure sensor (1b) mounted to a pushing-in surface of the part (1). A speed calculation unit (12) calculates a plurality of first speeds of the part (1) at each of a plurality of measurement timings from the start of the push-in operation by integrating the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor (1a), corrects each of the plurality of first speeds so that the speed at the timing (T) at which the pressure detected by the pressure sensor (1b) is at maximum is 0, and calculates a plurality of second speeds. A push-in amount calculation unit (13) integrates the plurality of second speeds and thereby calculates the amount of pushing in of the part (1).
