Provided are a weight loss assistance device, a weight loss assistance method, and a weight loss assistance program which are capable of assisting with continuous weight loss while inhibiting the setting of excessive weight loss targets. A smartphone 2 is provided with: a residence information acquisition unit 21A which acquires residence information of a user; a weight loss target reception unit 21B which receives an input of a weight loss target within a permitted range determined on the basis of the residence information, and the season of a weight loss period in which the user is to undergo weight loss in relation to a physique value; a weight loss assistance data acquisition unit 21C for acquiring measurement data including a measured physique value, i.e. a physique value measured from the user, and a measurement date of the measured physique value; and a display control unit 21D which displays, on a display unit 25, on the basis of the weight loss target received by the weight loss target reception unit 21B and the measurement data, information for assisting with the weight loss of the user.
