摘要
An inverted fastening mortise of a building structure and technical assembly procedure for resisting an earthquake, strong wind, or tsunami. The invention adopts an inverted, pressure-fastened mortise structure in which a mortise enclosure thereof is disposed within a dividing space between a ground enclosure beam and a foundation. The main building exerts a suspended compression on a ground beam, and the inverted fastening mortise, resembling a hidden serpent, absorbs all forms of seismic motions, wind forces, and tidal surges passing through the structure, including: a seismic longitudinal wave and transverse wave, and a fan-shaped wave, oscillating wave, and crawling wave; a vertical lifting force of a wind torque exerted by combined winds; and a horizontal pushing force exerted by a tsunami or tidal surge. The structure of the inverted fastening mortise is used to capture and convert a damaging force caused by building or foundation displacement caused by the three types destructive forces, thereby preventing building damage and completely eliminating a need to re-construct a floating, load-bearing mortise foundation and a need for an engineering dismantling and construction process. The structure and the technical assembly procedure can be effectively applied in multiple fields, systematically address the issue of earthquake-proof preparation for a new building and post-disaster rehabilitation technique for an existing building, and offer a comprehensive solution for eliminating disaster damage caused by an earthquake, tsunami, or very strong wind.
