The embodiments of the invention disclose a method of generating random interactive data comprising: receiving random interactive data transmitted from a first terminal; adding into a resource pool the random interactive data, when a response message of a second terminal and with respect to the random interactive data has not yet been acquired, activating a second interface and transmitting, to a smart conversation system and via the second interface, the random interactive data, wherein the smart conversation system is configured to generate, according to input conversation information and user attribute information, response information; receiving the response information responded by the smart conversation system; and transmitting, to the first terminal, the response information.
