A method for removing fine particulate matters in flue gas of a coal-fired power plant. Chemical substances are added to flue gas of a coal-fired power plant by a dust-removal system, so that fine particulate matters in the flue gas discharged by a flue gas discharging system aggregate, the particle size or mass of the fine particulate matters is increased, and then the flocculated fine particulate matters are removed by a separation and trapping device.
