A data feedback method and a reminding system of a price update prompt technology, the method comprises: recording a cell phone application of interest that is input by a user and a preset price of the cell phone application (S101); monitoring a current price of the cell phone application (S102); determining whether the current price of the cell phone application is less than the preset price of the cell phone application (S103); if no, maintaining the status as it is (S104); if yes, pushing price reduction information on the cell phone application to the user, and sending technical usage data to a data acquisition terminal preset by a manufacture (S105). In this solution, by recording the cell phone non-free application that the user pays attention to, when the non-free application is reduced to a price expected by the user, a price reduction reminder can be sent to the user to prevent the user from missing the best time to purchase the cell phone application, thereby enhancing the user's experience of purchasing the cell phone application, and meanwhile facilitating the manufacturer to collect the usage of the relevant technology timely and effectively.
