Disclosed are a permanent-magnetic direct-drive wind generator, a system and a stator thereof. The stator comprises a stator bracket (1), a stator iron core (8), a paddle side tooth pressing plate (6) and a paddle side surrounding plate (3). The paddle side tooth pressing plate (6) is arranged at the axial end face of the paddle side of the stator iron core (8). The peripheral wall of the stator bracket (1) is provided with a first air hole (2). The paddle side tooth pressing plate (6) is provided with a second air hole (5). The stator also comprises an air flow channel (9) linking the first air hole (2) with the second air hole (5). The air flow channel (9) penetrates through the interior of the stator iron core (8). Comb tooth air inlet holes (21) are arranged on the paddle side surrounding plate (3). The comb tooth air inlet holes (21) and the second air hole (5) are connected via an air guide pipe (22). The paddle side surrounding plate (3) is provided with a first spiral comb tooth mechanism (4) which is annular overall and linked to the comb tooth air inlet holes (21). First spiral comb teeth are located in an annular gap formed by the paddle side surrounding plate (4) and a rotor sealing ring (16). By using this structure, "multiphase" air flow sealing can be performed on the annular gap formed by the paddle side surrounding plate (3) and the rotor sealing ring (16).
