Disclosed is an intelligent antenna device, comprising a top-layer annular array antenna (1), a middle-layer annular array antenna (2) and a bottom-layer annular array antenna (3) that are overlaid on upper, middle and lower layers and are arranged coaxially. Each annular array antenna comprises n directional radiation antenna array elements, wherein n is a positive integer and is not less than 2. Each directional radiation antenna array element covers a 360°/n sectoral region. The bottom-layer annular array antenna (3) is a horizontally polarized antenna, the middle-layer annular array antenna (2) is a vertically polarized antenna, and the top-layer annular array antenna (1) has the same structure as the bottom-layer annular array antenna (3) and the two are arranged opposite each other, so that the three annular array antennas are orthogonally polarized annular antenna array laminated structures.
