The soil layered-settlement magnet ring comprises a magnet ring body (1), a clamping body (2), and an annular film sleeve (3); the magnet ring body (1) comprises an annular casing (11) with hollow inside and a magnetic body (12) filling the hollow part of the annular casing (11); a first end of the clamping body (2) is connected with the outer wall of the annular casing (11), and a second end of the clamping body (2) clamps a pre-arranged soil mass; the annular film sleeve (3) is hollow and the hollow part is filled with a volatile and/or water-soluble filler (31); pore channels allowing volatilized filler (31) to be discharged are formed on the surface of the annular film sleeve (3); the annular film sleeve (3) is elastic and is nested to the inner wall of the annular casing (11); the annular film sleeve (3) is sleeved on a settlement tube (5).
