The present invention relates to a dedicated ordering device provided with a promotion notification function, a system and method for ordering a product using same, and a recording medium having a computer program recorded thereon, wherein the device provides support such that, when there is a promotion on a repeat purchase product repeatedly purchased by a user, this is notified to the user through the dedicated ordering device, thereby increasing user satisfaction with easy purchase of the repeat purchase product. When a promotion on a repeat purchase product of a user is registered, the present invention transmits this to a dedicated ordering device of the user such that promotion information is displayed through the device.
