During moving of a vehicle the vehicle is picked up by means of the vehicle moving mechanism (6) and in a driving direction the vehicle carrying bed (4) is lowered, the parked vehicle is driven off of the vehicle carrying bed (4), and the front portion of the vehicle carrying bed (4) is pulled upwards, by means of the inclined lifting device (5), and the vehicular parking railcar (100) is returned to its original row. The invention greatly improves the effective usage area of a parking lot, and increases parking capacity of an existing parking lot by 30-50%, and can be used to greatly alleviate parking difficulties in underground parking lots and in community parking lots.
