This nanocarbon separation membrane is provided with a plurality of graphene oxide pieces that are provided in a mutually overlapping manner when viewed from the thickness direction and that are cross-linked together by divalent cations, and few-layer graphene pieces that are inserted between the layers of the plurality of graphene oxide pieces and that have a thickness of 1 nm to 30 nm. Relative to the total mass of the graphene oxide pieces and the few-layer graphene pieces, the mass ratio of the graphene oxide pieces is more than 0 mass% to 15 mass%, and the mass ratio of the few-layer graphene pieces is 85 mass% to less than 100 mass%.
