REAL-TIME FLUORESCENT QUANTITATIVE PCR DETECTION METHOD, AND STANDARD SAMPLE AND DETECTION KIT THEREOF

Disclosed are a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method, and a standard sample and a detection kit thereof. A special standard sample is used for drawing a standard curve, and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection is performed on an HER2 gene of a sample to be detected and a reference gene. The detection method is used for guiding the clinical targeted therapy of breast cancer and gastric cancer. Provided is a plasmid vector containing segments of the reference gene and a target gene to be detected in an equal proportion as a detection standard sample. Also provided is a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR kit for detecting the amplification state of the HER2 gene. The kit comprises a PCR reaction system for detecting the amplification state of the HER2 gene, the standard sample, and a negative/positive reference sample.
