Disclosed is a frequency spectrum therapeutic apparatus with an expansion bracket (1). The frequency spectrum therapeutic apparatus comprises an upper panel (2) and a lower panel (3) parallel with and opposite each other, the upper panel (2) and/or the lower panel (3) being provided with a sliding groove (21, 31). The frequency spectrum therapeutic apparatus further comprises a bracket (1) able to slide along the sliding groove (21, 31) to extend out of or retract into the sliding groove (21, 31), the bracket (1) being provided with at least one limiting protrusion (11, 14). The frequency spectrum therapeutic apparatus further comprises a limiting member (4) on the upper panel (2) or the lower panel (3) for cooperating with the limiting protrusion (11, 14) to limit the bracket (1).
