The Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16-20 parts of wild chrysanthemum, 9-16 parts of asarum, 16-22 parts of Japanese honeysuckle, 9-14 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 12-16 parts of pinellia ternate, 7-13 parts of sophora flavescens, 8-11 parts of bitter almond, 7-11 parts of lily magnolia, 9-17 parts of licorice, 11-18 parts of uncaria, 11-20 parts of angelica dahurica, 11-16 parts of artemisia argyi, 6-14 parts of pycnostelma, 14-22 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, and 10-20 parts of propolis. The Chinese medicine composition is suitable for various populations in the prevention and treatment of respiratory allergic diseases, especially combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome. A method for preparing the Chinese medicine composition is also provided.
