A monitoring method and device base on aerospace multi-source remote sensing data. The method comprises: obtaining multi-source remote sensing data of a river basin monitoring region (S101); analyzing according to the multi-source remote sensing data to obtain application parameters of the river basin monitoring region (S102); and determining the pollution status of the river basin monitoring region according to the application parameters, and displaying a three dimensional visualization model for the pollution status (S103). The invention can improve the capability of comprehensively applying multi-source remote sensing data and improve the monitoring efficiency.
