CERAMSITE PRODUCED BY USING RIVER, LAKE, AND SEA SLUDGE AND SHELL POWDER AS RAW MATERIALS, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A ceramsite produced by using river, lake, and sea sludge and shell powder as raw materials, and a preparation method therefor, the ceramsite being made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: shell powder 15-50, kaolin 5-15, peat ash 1-5, siliceous shale 15-30, furnace slag 15-40, fly ash 10-20, zeolite 15-40, river, lake and sea sludge 10-30 and peat 10-25. The shell powder is crushed to a fineness of a 60-200-mesh particle size, and silica content in the siliceous shale is 87.0-89.5%. The preparation method for the ceramsite comprises the following steps: batching, crushing, stirring, granulating, roasting, natural cooling, and obtaining the ceramsite.
