The invention relates to a kit which comprises a small number of measurement environments that make it possible to measure physical-chemical characteristics of a nanomaterial incorporated into these environments, in order to predict the variation of these features when the nanomaterial is in the heterogeneous natural environment as a function of the constituents of the natural environment. These measurement environments are cell-culture environments, defined, entirely synthetic and compatible with the contemplated measurement techniques. They form a panel representing the possible parameters or constituents of the natural environment. The invention provides a method for obtaining said kit from commercially available culture environments, and a method for predicting the behaviour of the nanomaterial in the natural environment, comprising the statistical planning of a protocol of measurements to be taken using said kit and the joint statistical analysis of the results obtained.
