The invention relates to a kit which comprises a small number of measurement environments that make it possible to measure physical-chemical characteristics of a nanomaterial incorporated into these environments, in order to predict the variation of these features when the nanomaterial is in the heterogeneous natural environment as a function of the constituents of the natural environment. These measurement environments are cell-culture environments, defined, entirely synthetic and compatible with the contemplated measurement techniques. They form a panel representing the possible parameters or constituents of the natural environment. The invention provides a method for obtaining said kit from commercially available culture environments, and a method for predicting the behaviour of the nanomaterial in the natural environment, comprising the statistical planning of a protocol of measurements to be taken using said kit and the joint statistical analysis of the results obtained. The corona effect, caused by interactions between the nanomaterial and the proteins of the natural environment, can be analysed.
