An optical feedback-based repetitive frequency adjustable optical frequency comb, comprising a single-frequency laser resonant cavity (1), a wavelength division multiplexer (2), a single-mode semiconductor pump light source (3), an optical circulator (4), a first optical fibre coupler (5), a second optical fibre coupler (6), a photoelectric detector (7), a high-stability signal source (8), an error signal processing system (9), a laser frequency modulation device (10) and an adjustable laser delay module (11). The adjustable laser delay module (11) is used to perform delay processing on a single-frequency laser, and optical feedback is fed into the resonant cavity (1) via the optical circulator (4), to generate a series of laser longitudinal modes having equal and adjustable frequency intervals. The high-stability signal source (8), the error signal processing system (9) and the laser frequency modulation device (10) are combined to implement laser frequency locking, to generate a laser optical frequency comb.
