A power system of an unmanned aerial vehicle, a motor assembly, and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The power system (10) comprises: a motor (1) used for providing power for an unmanned aerial vehicle and provided with an air vent (111); a fixing base (12) used for fixing the motor and provided with an accommodating cavity (121) and an opening (122), the air vent being in communication with the accommodating cavity by means of the opening; and a waterproof air-permeable film (13) used for covering the air vent and/or the opening so as to prevent water drops in the air vent from entering the accommodating cavity while allowing air to flow between the air vent and the accommodating cavity. The system prevents, to a certain extent, water from entering an accommodating cavity of a fixing base to affect the performance of the structures of the system, such as an internal circuit, thereby improving the waterproof air-permeability of a power system of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
