Disclosed is a dialysis pretreatment-based method for measuring the concentration of dissolved organic nitrogen in municipal sewage, belonging to the technical field of the treatment of municipal sewage. The method comprises the following steps: 1) filtering a sewage sample; 2) respectively determining the concentrations of total dissolved nitrogen (TDN), ammonia nitrogen (NH4+) and nitrate nitrogen (NO3-) in the sewage treated in step 1), wherein same are respectively denoted as CTDN(Ⅰ), CNH4+(Ⅰ) and CNO3-(Ⅰ); 3) making a selection from different determination schemes to determine the concentration of nitrogen-containing groups in the sewage according to the ratio of (CNH4+((Ⅰ)+CNO3-(Ⅰ))/CTDN(Ⅰ) and the ratio of CNO3-(Ⅰ)/CNH4+(Ⅰ); and 4) calculating the concentration of dissolved organic nitrogen in the sewage according to the values resulting from the determination scheme selected in step 3). The provided method for measuring the concentration of dissolved organic nitrogen in sewage has no need for preliminary experiments, is easy to operate and low in cost, and can be applied to the determination of dissolved organic nitrogen in municipal sewage.
