AUTOMATIC PROPOSAL REVIEW METHOD AND SYSTEM

An automatic proposal review method and system, comprising: upon detecting a proposal to be reviewed in a proposal database, determining an application type of the proposal to be reviewed (S10); searching for, according to the application type, a matching corresponding review specialist from a specialist database so as to determine a review specialist list (S20); sending a review request to a review specialist on the review specialist list and receiving a review result (S30); and processing the proposal to be reviewed according to the review result (S40). The automatic proposal review method and system can be used to automatically search for and match a suitable review specialist according to a proposal type, and for online proposal review, thus increasing the efficiency of proposal review processes, and better utilizing review specialist resources to reduce the burden on research and development personnel, while also ensuring quality of proposals.
