The present invention provides an intelligent control method and device of an illuminating system, and the illuminating system. The intelligent control method comprises: performing memory storage on LED state information using a storage function of an MCU control element of the illuminating system, wherein the illuminating system comprises a plurality of combinable LED loads, and the LED state information records specified combination approaches of the plurality of LED loads; reading the LED state information memorized by the MCU control element per se when the illuminating system is started next time; parsing the read LED state information, and parsing the LED state information as control information of different LED loads for the specified combination approach; and successively starting the different LED loads according to the control information, and converting an input voltage to provide adaptive power to the different started LED loads. The intelligent control method of the illuminating system provided by embodiments of the present invention can simplify the circuit, improve the reliability of the system, and facilitate popularizing so as to achieve economical illumination.
