BROAD WOVEN FABRIC USING A BLEND OF COTTON AND BAMBOO FIBER, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Provided are a broad woven fabric using a blend of cotton and a bamboo fiber, and a production method thereof. A production process sequentially comprises the following steps: performing inverted seam stitching on a greige cloth; singeing; amylase desizing; scouring; oxygen bleaching; pre-tentering; semi-mercerizing; dyeing; tentering; formaldehyde-free sanforizing; preshrinking; and glazing. The broad woven fabric using a blend of cotton and a bamboo fiber has a glossy surface, a dimensional stability upon washing of ‑3.0% to +1.0% in warp and weft directions, a soaping fastness grade higher than or equal to grade 4, and a breaking strength greater than or equal to 280N. The production method of the woven fabric can be implemented easily, is environmentally-friendly, and has a safety level meeting the requirements of products for infants in category A as specified in the national textile products basic safety technical specifications (GB18401).
