The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus, and a device for paying a renewal premium of a social security card policy, and a storage medium. The method for paying a renewal premium of a social security card policy comprises the following steps: obtaining, from a database at a preset time interval, a social security card policy within a renewal period; querying an available balance in a social security card account associated with the social security card policy, and comparing the available balance with a corresponding renewal premium of the social security card policy; if the available balance is greater than or equal to the renewal premium, verifying renewal permission of the social security card policy; and if the renewal permission of the social security card policy is verified, deducting the renewal premium from the social security card account to complete renewal of the social security card policy. The present invention can realize automatic renewal of a social security card policy, facilitating promotion and implementation of social security card policy services, and providing customers with a convenient means of renewal payment.
