The present embodiments relate to a system and method for providing a content streaming service using an electronic pen. In the present embodiments, an electronic pen that recognizes a pattern image printed on a medium transmits a code corresponding to the pattern image to a mobile device through short-range wireless communication. The mobile device transmits a code to a content server and outputs a content corresponding to the transmitted code in a streaming manner. Therefore, even if the content is not stored in advance in the memory of the electronic pen, the latest content stored in the content server can be provided to the user of the electronic pen in real time through the interlocking of the electronic pen and the mobile device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
