The present invention relates to a medical examination system using a smart band which can efficiently call an examinee. The medical examination system using a smart band comprises: a smart band (100) which includes a first NFC module (110) storing identification information of an examinee, a Wi-Fi module (120), and a vibration device (130), and is worn on a wrist of the examinee; a second NFC module (210) which is installed in each examination room (200), and, and reads examinee information stored in the first NFC module (110) when the smart band (100) approaches in a prescribed distance range; an examination room server (220) to receive the examinee information from the second NFC module (210) to register an examination order and treatment information of the examinee; and a main server (300) to receive the treatment information of the examinee from the examination room server (220) to calculate an examination order in accordance with a remaining examination list of the examinee. When the examination order of the examinee arrives, the examination room server (220) transmits a call signal to the smart band (100), and the smart band (100) receives the call signal of the examination room server (220) to drive the vibration device (130) to display a notification to the examinee. The main server (300) and the examination room server (220) perform internet of things (IoT) communication with the smart band (100) via Wi-Fi.
