A fall preventing system is provided. The system includes: a control device which analyzes a position of a person to be monitored on a bed by using a distribution pattern of sensors sensing the pressing of the person to be monitored located on the bed, and predicts a fall risk of the person to be monitored based on a location analysis resu a management server which receives fall risk prediction result information from the control device through wired and wireless communication networks and manages the fall prevention of the person to be monitored based on the received result information; and a terminal which receives the result information from the management server through the wired and wireless communication networks and displays the received result information on a display screen. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the person from falling on the bed in advance.
