Disclosed are a (K,Na)NbO_3 (KNN) single crystal ceramic manufacturing method and a KNN single crystal ceramic manufactured by the same. The KNN single crystal ceramic manufacturing method according to the present invention includes: a step of mixing raw material powder including K-containing compound, Na-containing compound, M-containing compound, and Nb-containing compound by compensating the volatilization of Na in a crystal grain growing by adding M^2+ ion in the growth of single crystal, forming a metal hollow hole by replacing Na^+ with M^2+ ion, and designing (K_(0.5-x/2)Na_(0.5-x/2-y)_(y/2)M_(x+y/2))Nb_(1-x/3+y)O_3+z wt.% CuO composition which enables a single crystal growth; a step of calcining raw material powder; a step of milling the calcined product; and a step of growing a single crystal by sintering the milled product. In the step of milling the calcined product, the calcined product can be milled after additionally adding a Cu-containing compound to the calcined product and a part of K, Na, and Nb can be replaced with another element. The KNN single crystal ceramic has excellent piezoelectric characteristics by being manufactured by the method.
