The present invention relates to a color pattern printing method of a color contact lens mold and a color contact lens mold using the color pattern printing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to the color pattern printing method which is capable of greatly reducing time and cost required for manufacturing the mold by inkjet printing a color pattern on a mold for manufacturing a color contact lens, thereby greatly simplifying the process of manufacturing the mold, and the color contact lens mold using the color pattern printing method. The color pattern printing method of the present invention comprises: a mounting step of mounting on a table a mold having a core of a convex curved surface formed on a top portion thereof; a division step of dividing the surface of a residual core except for an optical zone located at the peak of the core into a plurality of printing target regions; and a printing step of printing the color pattern on the surface of the core by jetting an ink onto the printing target regions through an inkjet head installed at an upper side of the mold, wherein the printing step includes dividing the color pattern per the printing target regions and printing the divided color patterns on the printing target regions.
