The present invention relates to a method for direction quantitative analysis of ephedrines in a biological urine sample, which comprises the steps of: (a) adding a mixed sample solution of a biological urine sample and an internal standard material to the center of paper and drying the paper; (b) inserting the dried paper into an inlet of a mass spectrometry; (c) adding a spray solvent to the paper inserted into the inlet of the mass spectrometry and using high voltage to cause ionization; (d) using the mass spectrometry to detect an ionized material; and (e) analyzing a detection result and obtaining a measuring curve to make quantitative analysis of ephedrines. According to the method for direction quantitative analysis of the present invention, paper spray ionization and a mass spectrometry (PSI/MS) are used to directly analyze ephedrines in a urine sample without pre-treatment of a biological urine sample, thereby making concentration analysis of ephedrines very rapid and accurate to give outstanding economical and time-saving excellence. Consequently, the method can be widely utilized for rapid detection and quantitative analysis of drugs in various fields such as doping, pharmaceuticals, foods and environment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
